Our employees know and value each customer and strive daily to satisfy requests. Our hiring process involves various screening mechanisms, as well as comprehensive background and driving record checks.

Employees receive extensive training. Testing is performed periodically through the training process. Safety is our number one priority, and rules compliance is stressed daily.

Carload Express’s employee wage rates are extremely competitive within the industry.  The company pays a significant portion of the employee’s monthly healthcare insurance premiums. Employees are eligible to enroll in the company 401(k), which includes a company match to employee contributions up to a percentage of the employee’s annual compensation. At no cost to the employee, the company currently provides all employees with supplemental benefits such as life insurance.  Additionally, all employees are offered a comprehensive wellness program. These programs are administered confidentially by our HR department at either company cost or through our health care benefit package.
