OAKMONT, Penna., January 31, 2018 – Carload Express, Inc. announces this week that Mark Rosner has been named President, effective immediately.
Jim Streett has been promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer.
“We are excited to welcome Mark Rosner to our executive team, where his significant industry experience will prove to be tremendously valuable” said Russell Peterson who has been promoted to the new role of Chairman, as part of Carload Express’ corporate succession planning.

Mr. Rosner has over 30 years of wide-reaching rail industry experience, ranging from U.S. short line, regional and Class I railroads to successful startups and turnarounds worldwide. Mr. Rosner earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Alfred University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.
